RS comes from a strong on ground FMCG, Telecom experience. He moved on to the Mobile contesting space as head contesting with Mobile2win.

He initiated the operations strategy at ideacts from Day 0 of the launch and is today spearheading a National Roll out of what is slated to be the largest digital inventory retail network in the country. He also oversees the Retail business at ideacts.

RS likes challenges and achieving milestones that are considered impossible & has made ideacts choose what we consider impossible very carefully.

NM, started off handling consumer financial products with Citigroup at Mumbai, and then moved onto the online advertising space with Contests2win and Yahoo India.

She has been the authority on company's finances and statutory compliances, keeping the startups Opex within limits and keeping a hawk's eye on the PnL.

Typical to working in a startup, NM has worn multiple hats in ideacts, from Cafe Marketing,Customer interactions Via surveys , Strategizing, Media Planning and Buying, running small SBU's within the start up, etc.

She now in addition to the Finance vertical also handles PR and Corporate Communications.

Shraddha has been a HR stalwart for 11 years now. Having worked across industries like IT, Offshore and Outsourcing, Financial Services and Media, her experience has been very vast.

Her past companies include: L & T Infotech, ICICIonesource Pvt Ltd, Travelex India Pvt Ltd, Coinstar Inc.

Shraddha has ample experience in Talent acquisition, Business Partner role, Compensation, Policy & HR Operations, Involved in merger & acquisition and cultural alignment from global perspective and Learning and Development Initiatives.

Shraddha Joined Ideacts in August 2008; shaped the complete HR function to meet the growing dynamic business needs and to add value to employee experiences at Ideacts.

Maninder has worked across various technology platforms over the last 9 years. His last assignment was heading the Travel and Tourism division at Extentia.

MG single handedly developed our product to kickstart the business and after Heading Technology for 3 Years, now Heads New Product Development bringing the same out of box thinking to the new wave of businesses that ideacts is working on.

Bhushan is a Techno Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing Product Development, leading people and influencing technology roadmaps. Having managed complete Product Lifecycles he brings rich experiences both in scale and in technology.

He joined Ideacts in October 2010, prior to which he was working for Symantec managing Product Development for the largest Enterprise backup product Globally.

Bhushan is a good cook and in addition to technology, is all set to lead the chef scoreboard in the next Ideacts cookout.

Shirish worked across FMCG and Financial Product in a Business Development role before joining Sify in 2005.

At Sify, Shirish spent 3 Years in ISP Franchise development across locations.

He joined ideacts in Feb 2008 as Regional Manager (West) and has since grown to Head Operations (West, North and East). He is very good at absorbing and understanding products, business modalities as well as languages & speaks 5 of them!

KS, has been with the internet cafe industry from day 1, rather he was part of creating the industry with a keen 9 years at Sify. Started off from the entry point and drove his way up the organization to handling the entire South India 4 state network for Sify iWays.

Apart from this huge experience, KS is also an enthusiastic initiator who loves to experiment based on market trends and is a great resource for ideacts marketing.

KS is a guy who believes in work with a clear strategy perspective, he Heads the Retail vertical for ideacts, bringing new services into the ideacts retail cafe network.

Glaxton worked extensively in Telecom Sales with Aircel & Bharti Televentures. He moved onto spend 2 years at Sify before moving back to Telecom Sales. At Sify he was deputed as Area Manager for Kerela and ROTN where he drove the iway business on multiple fronts.

Glaxton joined ideacts in April 2008 as Regional Manager (South) and has since grown to Head Operations (South). His in-depth understanding & control of his markets has got people calling him the 'King of the Region', so we have heard . We know him to be a cool customer with clear cut opinions of market response as well as on IPL teams.

RB is one of the stalwarts in the internet industry in India, having seen the ups and downs of the online medium from the year 2000 onwards.

His internet stint started off with Indiabulls.com, where he was involved in getting consumers to register and trade through the site, and went on to become the Director – Media Sales for West at Rediff.
