Glaxton worked extensively in Telecom Sales with Aircel & Bharti Televentures. He moved onto spend 2 years at Sify before moving back to Telecom Sales. At Sify he was deputed as Area Manager for Kerela and ROTN where he drove the iway business on multiple fronts.

Glaxton joined ideacts in April 2008 as Regional Manager (South) and has since grown to Head Operations (South and East). His in-depth understanding & control of his markets has got people calling him the ‘King of the Region’, so we have heard .
