| I. |
Job Description: |
|
|
| |
• Responsible for Target driven Day to Day Acquisition and Retention of Cyber Cafe Partners in the allocated Territory. |
|
|
| |
• Will be individually responsible for achieving the Targets assigned to his Territory. |
|
|
| |
• Will be responsible for a managing a minimum Limit of 1500+ Terminals in the allocated Territory. |
|
|
| |
• Will be responsible for the Installation, Training, Support & Maintenance to the Cafe Partners. |
|
|
| |
• Will be responsible for the Competition Tracking & Market Know how. |
|
|
| |
• Will also be responsible for future Business Plug-ins of the company. |
|
|
| |
• Will be directly reporting into Manager – Operations. |
| |
|
| II. |
Work Profile: |
|
|
| |
• Responsible for doing the Market Survey/Combing activity to identify the potential Internet Cafes for Cafe Acquisitions in the allocated Territory. |
|
|
| |
• Will be responsible for Scheduling and Visit execution, as well as completion of all Reports. |
|
|
| |
• Has to make business opportunity presentation to the potential Cafe Owners & convince them to become Ideacts Trade Partner. |
|
|
| |
• Will be individually responsible for the Cafe Sign-Ups & Closures. |
|
|
| |
• Continuous Market Visits. |
|
|
| |
• Relationship Management with Partners. |
|
|
| |
• MIS and Data Analysis through CMS Module. |
|
|
| |
• Will also be responsible for identifying & developing new business opportunities for Cafe Partners through Cold Calling & on-field. |

|

• Should converse well in local language of the Territory. |
|
|

• Should be well versed with market knowledge of the Territory. |
|
|
| |
• Should be Aggressive and Field oriented. |
|

• Strong in Relationship Management Skills. |
