Shiva Cyber Cafe
I hold about 115 PC in my 13 cafes in Mukherjee Nagar at Delhi. As I am Technical Savvy person, I can confidently say that Clinck is good for all kind of systems. The Software is good as it takes just 4.3 MB of memory space; because in cyber cafe we won't find PC with high configuration, but this software consume less of space & works very well. Another good point is that I am getting professional tech support from Ideacts team & always get the update from tech team where ever CLICNK is not working in my 13 cafes. I can check my report everyday through my login on ideacts website, which helps me to know which terminal have worked for how long in last day. One of the best point to install this desktop is that now notorious customer cannot change wallpaper on the desktop because of which now in my cafes girls customer have also increased & this helps me to create a clean environment in my cafes. With Clinck desktop, now Mismanagement of icons is not possible in my cafe as no one can change the locations of those icons which can help customer to locate icons blindfolded also. Desk top is more colorful now in cafe, which is standard on all PC & is eye catching.

I have set up of 17 PC in my 2 cafes. My feedback for CLINCK is that I have got additional revenue for my cafe, which take care of at least my internet bills for my cafe. I am also been told about the deepfreeze software, which have helped me to lower down my format issue which came frequently due to virus. I have got my 5th Payment from Ideacts, which always comes on time in a professional matter.

I hereby is enclosing feedback for Clink as I am very much Overwhelmed with the performance of the software and the customer satisfaction of getting all the things on the desktop. With CLINCK on desktop it shows standardization in cafe & also control on PC as no one can change the wallpaper with there own choice. Earlier there were customer who likes to put wallpaper of few actresses, which was not liked by other customer, but now this give control on PC as well as it gives money to the cafe. Recently I have installed Deepfreeze also told by our Manager, & as if now the performance is good after loading on my PC
