Territory Manager – Operations
- Role:
- To manage overall channel partner operations in assigned Area of Work (One or Multiple Cities) through a team of Technical Support Executives.
- Key Responsibility Areas:
- Identification of right set of channel partners in accordance to business needs
- To “Acquire & Maintain” channel partners as per targets and criteria given
- Responsible for achieving Primary & Secondary revenue targets as allotted periodically
- On time Support and training to channel partners and team Ensure optimum productivity of each Technical Support Executive (TSE) reporting directly
- Responsible for all the aspects for a TSE i.e. Recruitment till Retention
- Up-selling Value Added Services Introduced for the channel partners
- Broader Areas of Work:
- Target driven acquisition and maintenance of Cyber Cafes in the Area of Work (AOW) with a team of 1 - 2 Technical Support Executives (TSE’s)
- Acquire, Train, Manage, Retain network of about 350+ channel partners in AOW
- MIS and Data Analysis through Online report system provided by the Organization
- Ensuring implementation of all Business process in AOW by Team and Partners
- Integration of our New Products / Services / Revenue Models into the existing business
- Act as a support to Marketing
- Execution of BTL activity plan provided by seniors
- Provide Market Information to Immediate senior level
- Professional Experience:
- Relevant work experience of Min. 2-4 yrs in Retail/ Channel Sales and Operations.
- Preferred industries:
- Preferred Industries = FMCG/ Telecom / ISP / VAS Providers (Channel Business)/Tyres/Cement/Computer Peripherals/FMCD/ Pharma
- Reporting to:
- Reporting to Manager/ Zonal Manager – Operations
- Reportees:
- One or More Technical Support Executives depending on number of Active outlets
- Compensation Plan:

- Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide overall System Architecture for multiple products.
- Build and maintain a Technology Roadmap for multiple products.
- Design and Develop scalable high performance server applications using the .NET Platform.
- Provide scalable Design/Architecture for various modules/complete application.
- Evaluate different design & implementation approaches.
- Ability to convert Architecture & Design in to high quality, robust, bug free code.

- Review code & design of team members.
- Interface with the QA teams to ensure that the product meets desired quality standards.

- Assist Engineering Manager in estimating effort, assigning tasks to engineers and tracking deliverables.
- Work on training need identification for the team members.
- Provide project specific performance feedback to the team members.
- Skill Set:
- Expert in .NET, C# WinForms, ASP.Net, WCF & Globalization
- Expert in SQL Server 2000/2005 or MS Access and database design
- Experience should include work on high performance, multi-threaded desktop based, enterprise class & Internet scale .NET solutions
- Experience with VC++ or Windows SDK programming will be an added advantage
- Proven expertise in OOPS Design & understanding of GoF design patterns
- In-depth Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms & Design Patterns

- Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and create test plans.
- Participate in design, code, test planning, and test architecture reviews.
- Document and execute test cases for Black and White box testing.
- Execute testing tasks and report status and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with the development team during all stages of projects to provide in process testing results.
- Skill Set:
- Expert in manual testing.
- Expertise in testing either ASP.Net applications or Win Form .Net based applications.
- Exposure to automated testing tools and good understanding of scripting.
